Voted Honolulu's Best Beer Tasting - 2010, by Honolulu Magazine, House of Brews is one of the best places to learn about beer.  Each Wednesday's House of Brews offers a sampling of taste eight different beers based on a theme, with a tasting guide. Also enjoy Chef Valentini's gourmet artisan pizza.  All for $25 per person.

Each month, local beer enthusiasts comes up with beer themes, while Du Vin's  Chef Marco Elder creates an enticing menu. Together, they share their insights on pairings with diners.

Brasserie Du Vin's Cask Room, which is reminiscent of a French farm house, offers an intimate setting for The Brewer's Table.

"Hops & Grinds," which has organized beer tastings and beer dinners since 2004, strives to educate people about the myriad of beer styles, from golden lagers to porters.  Learn about the nuances of each beer ...  special ingredients, original gravity, ending gravity, bitterness, alcohol content, and more. 

Each month's Hops & Grinds beer tastings features a theme, often based on the season.   The beer tasting is complimented by pupu pairings.
